Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program: New Premiums

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a final regulation to update the Federal Employees Life Insurance Program, which includes changes to premium rates, the effective date of the birthday rule, and new age bands for Option C, as a result of the Federal Employees Life Insurance Improvement Act enacted on October 30, 1998.
