Loan Guarantee Decisions; Availability of Environmental Information

The Emergency Steel Guarantee Loan Board is adopting procedures to ensure environmental information is available for loan guarantee decisions, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act, and to clarify collateral and security interests for each guarantee.
