EPA Extends Tolerance for Maneb on Walnuts for One Year

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended a temporary exemption for the pesticide maneb, which is used to treat walnuts, for an additional year. This exemption allows for higher levels of maneb residues on walnuts, up to 0.05 parts per million, until December 31, 2001.
