Rural Utilities Service Amends Post-Loan Policies for Insured Electric Loans

The Rural Utilities Service is updating its regulations to increase the threshold for eligible plant investments in borrowers' systems, allowing for larger loan amounts without requiring prior approval, and eliminating a cost cap for certain loan projects.
