HUD Waives Requirements for Disaster Recovery Initiative Funds

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a notice waiving certain statutory and regulatory requirements for the allocation and use of Community Development Block Grant funds under the 1999 Disaster Recovery Initiative, as authorized by the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999.
