FHWA Releases Final Guidance for Transportation Enhancement Activities Under TEA-21

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued final implementation guidance for the transportation enhancements (TE) provisions of the Federal-aid program, providing information and assistance to states and local agencies in delivering the TE program, which includes amendments made by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21).
