Commodity Credit Corporation and Farm Service Agency Request Extension and Revision of Conservation Certification Requirements

The Commodity Credit Corporation and the Farm Service Agency are seeking an extension and revision of the Highly Erodible Land Conservation and Wetland Conservation certification requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to support conservation provisions under the Food Security Act of 1985 and the Federal Agriculture, Improvement and Reform Act of 1996.
