Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act Collection for Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The revision pertains to the collection of information related to early site permits, standard design certifications, and combined licenses for nuclear power plants, and applies to designers of commercial nuclear power plants, electric power utilities, and individuals eligible to apply for a construction permit for a nuclear power plant.
