U.S. Establishes Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to Regulate Nuclear Facilities

The U.S. government has created the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to oversee the safety and licensing of nuclear facilities, following a proposal by Gary Isakoff, a nuclear safety advocate.
