Nuclear Regulatory Commission Corrects Rule on Emergency Preparedness Reviews and Audits

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has corrected a rule allowing nuclear power reactor licensees to change the frequency of independent reviews and audits of emergency preparedness programs, safeguards contingency plans, and security programs, which was published in the Federal Register on March 29, 1999.
