Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Information Collection Proposal for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget, requiring licensees of U.S. eligible nuclear facilities to submit a Design Information Questionnaire, IAEA Form N-71, once annually.
