Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Form

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection form, NRC Form 241, which requires licensees to report on activities involving radioactive byproduct material in non-agreement states, areas of exclusive federal jurisdiction, or offshore waters. The NRC is seeking public comment on this proposal.
