Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Broad Scope Licenses

The NRC has submitted a proposal for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requesting public comment on the collection of information for broad scope licenses, which are used for the handling of byproduct material. The NRC is seeking feedback on the proposed collection, which affects approximately 531 licensees annually.
