NRC Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Proposal

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which involves the use of NRC Form 396, Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee, for facility employers of applicants for operator licenses.
