Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Reinstatement of Information Collection Form

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting the reinstatement of NRC Form 592, which is used to handle consumer complaints, and is required to be submitted only once, when allegations are closed.
