FAA Amends Fees for Air Traffic Services for Certain Flights Through U.S.-Controlled Airspace
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is removing an interim rule that established fees for air traffic services provided to certain aircraft that transit U.S.-controlled airspace but do not take off from or land in the United States. This change is in anticipation of issuing another interim final rule as required by the 1996 FAA Reauthorization Act.
