General Services Administration Establishes Federal Management Regulation (FMR) as Successor to Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR)

The General Services Administration is launching the Federal Management Regulation (FMR), a new regulation that will provide federal managers with the necessary materials to efficiently manage real and personal property and administrative services, replacing the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR). The FMR is written in plain language to facilitate easier understanding and implementation by federal agencies.
