Federal Acquisition Regulation to Implement Preferences for Nonprofit Workshops Under Service Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to favor the award of subcontracts under service contracts to nonprofit workshops run by the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled, as designated under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act.
