Federal Acquisition Regulation to Repeal Annual Reporting Requirements for Certain Contract Actions

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to repeal annual reporting requirements for contract actions exceeding $50,000 under the Federal Reports Elimination Act of 1998, as mandated by Public Law 85-804.
