Federal Acquisition Regulation to Include Prohibition of Segregated Facilities Clause and Clarify Labor Clauses

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to address labor clauses and segregation of facilities in simplified acquisitions, and to update the Equal Opportunity clause for work performed outside the US.
