USTR Requests Public Comments on WTO Consultations Regarding U.S. Safeguard Measures on Line Pipe and Wire Rod

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public input on a WTO dispute involving U.S. safeguard measures on line pipe and wire rod imports from the European Communities, following a request for consultations on December 1, 2000.
