US Commission to Review Antidumping Duties on Silicon Metal and Silicomanganese from Argentina, Brazil, China, and Ukraine

Summary

The US International Trade Commission will conduct full reviews of antidumping duties on silicon metal from Argentina, Brazil, and China, as well as silicomanganese from Brazil and China, and will also review the termination of a suspended investigation on silicomanganese from Ukraine, to determine if revoking these duties would lead to continued material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time frame. The review period may be extended by up to 90 days, and a schedule will be announced at a later date.
