U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Deadline for Reviewing Initial Determination on Certain Cigarettes and Packaging

The U.S. International Trade Commission has extended the deadline for reviewing an initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 by three weeks, until August 28, 2000, and also extended the target date for completing the investigation by three weeks, until October 16, 2000.
