US Government Proposes Allocation of 3650-3700 MHz Band to Non-Government Fixed Service

The US government proposes to allocate the 3650-3700 MHz band to the non-Government fixed service on a primary basis, effectively closing applications for new or modified earth station facilities in the fixed-satellite service by December 18, 1998, and deleting unused Government allocations to provide spectrum for new fixed services.
