See 63 FR 53009, October 2, 1998. The coordinates for Channel 255A at Spencer are 42-11-00 and 72-02-30. Canadian concurrence has been obtained for the allotment of Channel 255A at Spencer, Massachusetts. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
