FCC Amends Rules to Reflect Elimination of Competition Division

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has updated its rules to account for the elimination of the Competition Division within the Office of General Counsel, as well as changes to the Office of General Counsel and Office of Plans and Policy, and the delegation of authority to the Common Carrier Bureau to handle exempt telecommunications company applications.
