FDA Reopens Comment Period for Draft Guidance on Prescription Drug Labels

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its draft guidance on placing the therapeutic equivalence code on prescription drug labels and labeling until June 21, 1999, in response to industry requests for an extension.
