FDA Publishes Draft Revised Compliance Policy Guide on Labeling Disposition

The FDA is releasing a revised Compliance Policy Guide to clarify when publications can be considered labeling for regulated products and how to handle them when they cause violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
