FDA Drafts Policy to Reduce Civil Money Penalties for Small Entities

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is releasing a draft policy to reduce civil money penalties for small entities, as mandated by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996 and a Presidential Memorandum from April 21, 1995. The policy is open to public comment and will be finalized before being published in the Federal Register.
