FDA Corrects Draft Policy for Small Entities Due to Errors

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice published in the Federal Register on May 18, 1999, due to minor errors in a draft policy requiring the agency to issue a civil money penalty reduction policy for small entities, as mandated by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996.
