OCC Issues Final Rule Amending Fair Housing Home Loan Data System

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued a final rule enhancing its ability to use Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data in fair lending examinations and reducing recordkeeping requirements for national banks.
