FDA Publishes Final Rule on Medicated Feed Mill Licenses Under Animal Drug Availability Act

The FDA is implementing the medicated feed mill licensing requirements of the 1996 Animal Drug Availability Act, which amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require medicated feed mill licenses for facilities manufacturing feeds with approved new animal drugs.
