Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Open Competition for Justice and Journalism Program in Great Lakes Region of Africa

The Near East/South Asia/Africa Division of the Office of Citizen Exchanges, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is seeking proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to develop a justice and journalism program for media and legal professionals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, with a maximum grant award of $274,500.
