U.S. State Department's ACTTA Program Celebrates 25 Years of Combating Organized Crime in Central and Eastern Europe

The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) launched the Anti-Crime Training and Technical Assistance Program (ACTTA) in 1994 to enhance law enforcement cooperation and combat organized crime in the region, with a focus on rule of law and international collaboration.
