Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Open Competition for FREEDOM Support Act/FLEX Program Host Family and School Placement

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from public and private non-profit organizations to recruit and select host families and schools for high school students from the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union through the FREEDOM Support Act/Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program.
