OMB Approval of Information Collection

In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice that it has submitted to and received Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of an emergency clearance for an information collection titled Preliminary Survey of Nonbanked Status. The OCC may not conduct or sponsor, and respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection that has been extended, revised, or implemented on or after October 1, 1995, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
