Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Securities Offering Disclosure Rules

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on extending the Securities Offering Disclosure Rules without changes, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
