OCC Amends Disclosure Regulation to Clarify Information Sharing

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is updating its disclosure regulation to allow for the sharing of non-public information with supervised entities and other individuals, as deemed necessary or appropriate by the Comptroller, without prior notice or request for records.
