The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on an extension of its information collection, Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
