OCC Amends Capital Equivalency Deposit Regulation for Foreign Banks

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is revising its CED regulation to increase flexibility for certain Federal branches and agencies, effective January 30, 2002, in response to supervisory assessments of institution-specific risks.
