Assessment of Fees
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is proposing to amend its regulation which addresses assessments for independent trust banks. The proposal would update the regulation to reference the appropriate portion of new forms issued by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) which replace the FFIEC form currently referenced in the regulation.
