The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on its information collection titled '(MA)-Securities Offering Disclosure Rules--12 CFR 16' as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
