The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on its information collection titled 'Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions--12 CFR 12' as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
