Association of Waste Hazardous Materials Transporters Seeks Preemption from Cleveland, Ohio Regulations on Hazardous Materials Transportation

The Association of Waste Hazardous Materials Transporters (AWHMT) has submitted an application to the Federal government seeking a preemption determination regarding the City of Cleveland, Ohio's regulations on the transportation of hazardous materials, including explosives, within the city limits.
