Meeting Flow Objectives for the San Joaquin River Agreement, 1999-2010, California

The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Joaquin River Group Authority have prepared a joint Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (DEIS/DEIR) to acquire water for protective measures and support the San Joaquin River flow objectives for fall-run chinook salmon in California. The water will be used to provide a pulse flow and other flows to facilitate fish migration and attraction.
