Implementation of Preferred Lender Program and Streamlining of Guaranteed Regulations

This rule proposes to amend the regulations governing the Farm Service Agency Guaranteed Farm Loan Programs. It proposes to clarify and simplify the procedures to apply for, make, and service an FSA Guaranteed Loan. This rule also proposes to establish the Preferred Lender Program.
