OCC, Board, and FDIC Issue Joint Final Rule to Revise Community Reinvestment Act Regulations

The OCC, Board, and FDIC are issuing a joint final rule to revise certain provisions of their rules implementing the Community Reinvestment Act, exempting small banks from CRA loan data collection and reporting obligations and revising the term 'community development' to include activities in distressed or underserved rural areas.
