OCC, Agencies Publish Final Rules on Medical Information for Credit Decisions
The OCC, FDIC, OTS, and NCUA are implementing rules to allow creditors to access medical information for credit eligibility, while restricting its use for inappropriate purposes, as mandated by the 2003 FACT Act.
