Infobahn Inc. Granted Access to Confidential Business Information by EPA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized Infobahn Incorporated, a company based in Potomac, Maryland, to access confidential business information (CBI) submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Infobahn will assist the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) in operating the TSCA CBI Center's computer system.
