Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on its information collection titled 'Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions' (12 CFR part 12), as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
